We have spent our careers advising individuals and families
on protecting and making the most of their wealth.
Between them, our founders have more than seventy years in international insurance, pensions and wealth structuring. Circumstances differ widely from one client to the next, and so do our recommendations.

Our approach
How an engagement proceeds
Understanding your circumstances
We begin with your residence history, the composition of your wealth, the way in which assets are held, and what you want to achieve. No recommendation is made at this stage.
Implementation and review
Advice is delivered through Willcox Young, our regulated partner, and alongside the advisers you already use. Arrangements are reviewed periodically, and following any material change in your circumstances or in the legislation.
Recommending an approach
We consider the established arrangements available to someone in your position and recommend those we consider suitable, with the reasoning set out. Where we believe no change is warranted, we say so.
Assessing the position
We set out where your wealth is exposed, which allowances and reliefs are already available to you, what opportunities you may not currently have access to, and any dates by which action would need to be taken. This is provided in writing.
Scope of assessment
What we consider
We look at each of the following. Which are relevant to our solution depends on your individual circumstances

Domicile and treaty position
Business and trading interests
Pensions and death benefits
Property in the UK and overseas
Portfolio, and how it is managed
Income needs, now and later
Trusts and structures already in place
Life assurance already held
Gifts made and intended
Wills and powers of attorney
Liquidity, and where it is held
Areas of work
Two areas account for much of our current work. They are not the limit of what we have arranged forclients, and both are described more fully on the pages that follow.
Succession planning
Arrangements that allow wealth accumulated over a lifetime to pass to the next generation, while providing an income in the meantime.
Private equity syndication
Access to private investments ordinarily available only at institutional level, arranged for eligible investors.
